1906 & 1907 Dolphy was in posession between 23 May 1905-17 Jun 1906 when it was discovered that the plantation was ownly part owned. The sale contract was recinded according to the court case in May – Jun 1907

So looking at the timeline of the above events, the and sale of Cambria must have ocurred between 1906-1909.
Only found a Fanando Allando death aged 94 in Jamaica in 1958. I don't think it's your Fernando though.
