Alphonses Grandparents

I am looking up Family history on behalf of a Cousin . I have hit a brick wall!. Alphons Muhla was born 4th December 1859 in Germany Alsace  and he died in 1925 in the USA. "Can anyone help me to find  his Grandparents?". I appreciate any help here . Thank you .

write this in google  "nationalites des haut rhinois" and download the document
