looks to me like the family  worked on the construction of Liverpool Cathedral ??  Epharim - a Quarryman - Woolton Quarry - Samuel, a  Quarry Foreman - Woolton Quarry - which supplied the stone for the Cathedral and William was a stone Mason and probaly cut stone at Woolton Quarry - OR - WORKED on the Cathedral ??  it took over 100 years to build

Yes, I’ve wondered about that Liverpool Cathedral  It’s my mother in laws family. She never mentioned anything about the  Simmills which were her mother’s family.
