Anyone help ? 4x Grt grandfather Stephen Hardy died 1782 in Allerston poor house . Anyone know where records could be ?

If anything relevant survives it will be at the North Yorkshire record office in Northallerton.

A brief search of the catalogue hasn't thrown up anything likely, but you could email them and ask.
