Can anyone help me please. I'm looking for a marriage for George Hubball and Ann Warner in 7th Sept 1862 at St Philip's Church Birmingham.

Ann Warner / 20 / Spinster / Residence Fleet (?) Street / father James Warner / Gun Stocker

Married by banns

Bride and groom signed their names

Witnesses: Clara Clark and Alfred Clark (I think - this signature is a bit shaky)
