No, it’s other way around. Alice's executor had died, and her son Robert was granted administration.

The executor of the will of Alice Strogle, late of the Blessed Mary in the Marsh,
died intestate, as is said. Grant of administration was issued to Robert
Strogle, her son, who was sworn [...] in form of law
[...] Inventory 4 pounds 2 shillings 6 pence
for [...] 12 pence [...]

(Sorry, I can’t read much of the last 2 lines.)
