Hi,
There is a 1861 census for them in the civil parish of Trevethin, Monmouthshire, Wales;
(RG9; Piece; 4009, Folio 66, Page; 64) listing Henry , Elizabeth & 3 children - Henry, Charles & Joseph.)

On Anc..y the member has added in remarks that Mary Ann Laws dies in 1865 and Henry re-marries in 1866 Pontypool to a Frances Elizabeth Williamson.

Yes, thank you. I know that Mary Ann's father was George Crooms as listed on the Marriage Banns on 1853.  Not sure if she is the mother of George Law (born in 1849), or if Eliza was the mother ( as per the 1851 census).   Can't find any birth information for either of them. Frances Williamson was my 3rd GG mother.

Think I'll order George Law's birth certificate
