Doves of peace, often depicted carrying laurel leaves  -  a symbol of peace.  Probably commercially produced at a jewellers shop, perhaps bespoke.

Doves of peace are associated with olive branches, I believe.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
