Hi Debbie

Thank you.  I don't think this is the family I am looking for as they are too old, but they could well be Joseph's parents.  With a name like Ephraim going down through the generations, it is quite possible.

Joseph and Ann would only have had the one son in 1851 - others were born later and shown in later censuses.

I have assumed they were in Somerset in 1851 as son John was born in Shepton in 1851.

Forgive my stupidity, having a senior moment! - only looked at that quickly.  Now realise it shows son J and wife A as well with their son J 1.month.  This must be the ones I am looking for.
