1841 census has a Mary born 1833 so the marriage could be earlier.

Possible in Bradstone 13 June 1827 for Mathew Hawkins and Mary Smith Hawkins, witnesses Mary Hawkins & John Hawkins. All signed.

Son Henry has  middle initial S which looks to be Smith on marriage & death records.

Sorry, it was 1851 not 1841. That Mary looks to be Mary Ann Davey Hawkins. Marriage dec qtr 1858 to William Hawkins Davey.

1841 they're under Hoskin HO107/203/6 folio 10 pg 14. Also a 3 year old John.

Not the easiest family!

A digital copy of an old printed transcription of the Barnstaple registers (1528-1812) is available through Familysearch: https://www.familysearch.org/library/books/records/item/278354-barnstaple-parish-register-of-baptisms-marriages-and-burials-1538-a-d-to-1812-a-d?viewer=1&offset=0#page=1&viewer=picture&o=info&n=0&q=

FindMyPast have the registers for 1813-1837 (marriages 1754-1837).

FindMyPast have the Westleigh registers from 1560-1915 (or so they claim).
