The Church has its own website which you may like to Google.

It says that records over 50 years old are held by the City of London

https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/things-to-do/history-and-heritage/guildhall-library/family-history/biographical-genealogical-research

Have you tried searching on Ancestry / Find my Past / Family Search?

I have listed the All Hallows churchyard burials and not found FOWLER among them - odd as the family had property on Bruce Grove. The 'Friends' had a large following in Tottenham including Luke HOWARD the 'namer of clouds'. Perhaps the FOWLERS joined them.
