Thanks Carol.  I'm still trying to remember what I used to do. At the moment

I'm bouncing back and forwards between Photoshop Elements 11 and Affinity.

I'm more used to the controls etc. on Elements  ::) ::) ::) than I am on Affinity which

is for far more competent people than me.

I've never heard of Affinity...I use Photoshop Elements 11 too, but that's some result  you achieved from a low 72dpi scan and a small 31kb file.

I bought Affinity some years ago and got a good discount as I used to be a regular customer.

You may have heard of the firm Serif.:-

             https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/

For the photo version it's about 50 quid.

Be warned though you might have a lot of learning to do to use it properly. That's

         why I'm still using Elements 11 :D :D :D :D

                 https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/photo/

              click on the video  ;D ;D ;D

Carol "

Carol I've got thousands ::) ::) ::) Rarely use them.  Ask Gadget If I'm the

frame king or not.  Shame to take yer money off yer.  Wished I'd saved some of my

self made frames but you would be speechless if you saw them ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D
