Mmmmmmmmmm looking at this map I'm beginning to think there might be two Ballinlough
1 is Aghancon and 18 is Cullenwaine.
I was expecting to find them alongside each other but they clearly are not

Looks like the enumerator made a mistake but on the House and Building Returns it is correct Parish

Ballinlough is in the Electoral Division of Cullenwaine, in Civil Parish of Borrisnafarney, in the County of Offaly.

Yes it is! I see he is just Connell on this document.
Can I thank you both for your help.
I have come to the conclusion that his death was not registered, although I thought it was compulsory.
I am giving up.
