which registrars do i write to please ?

 ??? please can anyone help ??
i would like to get a copy of my g-grandparents  marriage certificate.....registration district is "Anglesey West"........Sub district is "Llanddausaint",,,,in the county of Anglesey.
   can anyone please tell me which registrars i write to please??
i have wrote to Gwynedd,and bangor ,but they have no record .
                                                                                                 
my granmother was born the same month her parents were married ,so theses districts is what is on her birth certificate ,it was a september .
