Is she the Popist recusant and Cuthbert Evans the tenant/occupier of her land or is he a Popist recusant too?

The heading for Column 4, in which Cuthbert Evans appears, is Names of the Ten(an)ts & Occupyers, not Recusants. There's no implication here that Cuthbert was a recusant.

The missing word in Columns 7 and 8 is Int(erest).
Yes it does look like he was the tenant. Thank you for your help deciphering the document!

Durham Recusant Estates 1717-78 A-Z by surname, Cleveland FHS
https://clevelandfhs.org.uk/free-online-lists/land-records/

There's an article on "History Scotland" about the collection when it was added to FindMyPast.
"Documents relating to estates seized following Jacobite rising 1715"
https://www.historyscotland.com/news/documents-relating-to-estates-seized-following-jacobite-rising-of-1715
Thank you for the links! I hadn’t come across Recusants before.
Many thanks for your help.

I agree for Column 7, but I think Column 8 is Am[oun]t.

Many thanks for your help deciphering the document!
