Henry Alais Fletcher

In the Electoral Register for Impington (nr Cambridge) Henry Alais Fletcher is listed as living in Cambridge Road in 1910 and 1911.
In the 1911/13 Land Tax Register,  H A Fletcher is listed as the Occupier of a house in Cambridge Road Impington.
Can anyone see him in the 1911 census?

Had you spotted the 1903 newspaper report where he refused to pay an element of the rates under "Passive Resistance"?

Welshnewspapers online - this a free site. The articles returned don't have the degree of detail on FindMyPast/DNA but give flavour of what was involved.

Use Search key "h a fletcher" (include the "  " as part of search key) and use slider bars to restrict year to 1875. When results displayed use Month filter to restrict to June. Click on item title to display. Also check August.

Repeat using "a h buckley" - no need to restrict years searched.
