An Eliza Whippey is one of the witnesses - but I can't decipher the other one - Looks like William Hy ?day.

I think the other witness is the same person who witnessed the previous marriage William Hy Cundey though it looks as though he signed his surname in a hurry  ;D

I've seen Hy as abbreviation for Henry. Could it be an abbreviation for Hendley? Just a suggestion.
