Huxley Family in Llanbeblig

Hello! I'm trying to sort out my ancestors in Llanbeblig and Anglesey between about 1770 and 1830.  What I know for sure:
  My 3rd great grandmother was Catherine Hughes (nee Huxley) who was born in Caernarvon in
 1842 either in Llanbeblig or Llanidan (her family lived in both places around that time)
  Her Father was Samuel Huxley (a miller) who was born in Caernarvon in 1806
  Samuel's Father was John Huxley (a miller)

I am specifically looking for information about Samuel Huxley's wife.  Her name is Listed on the 1841 and 1861 census as Ann but may have gone by Nancy as that is the name listed on her daughter's death certificate.  On her daughter's death certificate her maiden name is listed as Roddgers however there are marriage records of an Anne Williams who married Samuel Huxley in Llanbeblig on 19 May 1826. 

I would also appreciate any help sorting out Samuel's father John's history.  There seem to be 2 John Huxley's around that time in Llanbeblig, one who was born near Liverpool and one who was born near Caernarvon

There are 2 birth registrations on the GRO index but the one with mmn Rogers does not match the age of Catherine as 1 year.

It looks as though the family with a daughter Catherine whose birth gives mmn Rogers is a John Huxley and Ann

In 1861 they are at. RG09 /4338 f32 p12

Thanks for all the info Rosie99!  It appears as though things may be more complicated than i first thought.  I'll have to call my grandmother and see what information was from the family and what was ancestry.com research by my relatives.  Catherine Huxley Hughes's Husband was Richard Hughes.  I'm uncertain as to when they were married but i know that they came to the United States sometime around the 1880s and lived in Wind Gap in Northampton County Pennsylvania.  Their daughter Jane (Jennie) Conlin mmn Hughes is my great great grandmother.

I suspect that the 2 Catherines are probably cousins.  I think they are both in the household of Samuel & Ann in 1861, the younger one being a visitor.  RG9/4345 f114

Ignore that, the daughter of John and Ann is with her parents

We have often seen people enumerated twice in the same Census.
I am sure its the same Catherine listed with her Parents and visiting Samuel/Ann also.

Does Catherines 1927 Death Cert name her Parents?

Richard/Owen are Slaters

Census are on F/S.Org and she is consistently born c 1842/3
I have a feeling she the Daug of John/Ann Huxley
