Coroner for County of Down Inquest 1924
« on: Friday 21 August 20 15:22 BST (UK) »
I have a death certificate dated 3 August 1924 for an Alexander Denholm aged 17 with the place of death Glass Drummond.   Cause Asphyria due to Drowning.    What further information, if any,  would be on the coroners report and is it possible to get this report?   Further was there a local paper which may have reported the details?

It was either my poor eyesight or strange handwriting.   I reckoned it was asphyxia but could not get an x in the death certificate wording/printing.

Absolute marvellous response, many many thanks.    His sister was invited to my wedding some 57 years ago (she did not attend) and for the life of me I did not know who or what the connection was.   All is now clear.
