Catherine M Wibling - birth registered December quarter 1915, Hammersmith has mother's maiden name as DOYLE (image via FreeBMD)  :-\

Jesse, Mary (nee Doyle) Vera, Daphne and Katherine are together 62 Haydn Park Road in 1921

Jesse seems to have strayed once more as there is another Charles William Wibling registered 1920 in Paddington  with mothers maiden name Bowles.
He may have died as a POW of the Japanese WWII

The one baptized St mark 1915 died 1915.

Timeline:
He left Mary Doyle after 1921 but before 21 May 1932 as when Daphne married Charles William Stroud at St Luke she said her father Jesse Charles Wibling, Butler was deceased.
Witness M Wibling  (mother)

Catherine married James Charles Grimmer at St Luke 2 June 1935, she also said her father Jesse Charles Wibling was deceased.   (he did not actually die until September of that year)

Blanche Vera married Patrick J Hawley 1936 I have yet to find this one online.

The Jesse Charles Wibling marries Alice E Smith 1935 at Horsham Sussex.

Jesse left my Grand Granny after they moved to Ireland but they never Divorced.

You previously mentioned they did not divorce, I suggest you try to find his military records and see if he deserted or was formally discharged and then left for London with Mary Doyle.
