It's working again.

The 524* SSNs seem to have been in Colorado at that time.

No luck finding him on a census,though.

1937 a little early for a retirement.  Checked for death notice Colorado newspapers nut so far nothing.
Of course he could have moved any where.

I wonder if this could be Adam - under Roderick  ??? 1930 census So Fourth Street Leadville, Lake, Colorado.

Transcribed as Roderick R Kirk (could be an "A" on the image  ???) born Canada. Single. aged 52. Born 1878 (another variation on the birth date)
Blacksmith at metal mines. Parents born Scotland ? Imm 1889.

I thought this was worth mentioning in case it cold be a link. The poster also asked about Kirk in Scotland on another thread ?
