Plenty of such places in Scotland, we have "Look Aboot Ye" near Salsburgh Lanarkshire.

Here in Northumberland and also in County Durham there are several places called 'Click 'em In'.

We seem no closer to discovering why Samuel's place of interest was called Hunger 'im out'  :-\

I had a firkle round the web. Lots of references in books etc saying that names like this were descriptive and whimsical or ironic.

Nearest theory I can find is from a thesis in 2014

Use Ctrl F (windows) or CMD F (mac) to search the document for the term.
the thesis indicates that it reflected the fact that farming life was hard and gives an alternate name of 'starve them out'
