Need help with a Will

Been trying to read this 1843 will for about 2 months and not getting anywhere. Would really appreciate a helping hand. I will put in up in 3 parts.

The whole lot  ;D  I have cataracts on both eyes and glaucoma in my left eye, both not bad enough for treatment at the moment.  Found this out while trying to read the will and getting nowhere so went to my optometrists. Now on 6-month testing.

Transcript of the first two sections - perhaps someone else can fill in the 4 or 5 words that I can't read.
This is the last Will and Testament
of me Joseph Hendin of Chippenham in the County of Wilts Coach-
man which I make and publish in manner following I will and direct
that all my just debts funeral expenses and the expenses
of proving and carrying the trust of this my Will into effect be fully paid and
satisfied by my trustees and executors hereinafter named and I give de-
vise and bequeath unto my Son John Hendin and my relation Dennis
Tanner of Chippenham Cordwainer all that my freehold messuage or
dwelling house wherein I now live together with the outhouses garden
and appurtenances to the same belonging situate and being in the Town of
Chippenham aforesaid at a certain place called Lansdown Place to hold to
them the said John Hendin and Dennis Tanner their heirs and assigns upon
trust that they and the survivor of them and the heirs executors and administra-
tors of such survivor do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease absolutely sell and dispose of my said Messuage or dwelling
house garden and premises off either by public aution or private ----- for
the most money that can be had or gotten for the same and convey and
assure the same premises to such purchaser or purchasers thereof and re-
ceive the monies arising from the sale and give receipts for the purchase
money which shall effectually discharge the purchaser or purchasers -----
seeing to the application thereof or being in any manner responsible for
the same and I do hereby will and direct that my said trustees shall stand
possessed of the monies arising from the sale of my said messuage and
premises upon trust to pay and apply the same in manner hereinafter
mentioned also I give and bequeath unto my said son John Hendin
and the said Dennis Tanner all my household goods household furniture
beds linen china and all other my effects upon trust that they and the
survivor of them and the executors and administrators of such -----

do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my decease sell
and dispose of my said household furniture and effects either by
auction or otherwise as they may think proper for the best price or
prices that can be had or gotten for the same and I do hereby further
will and direct that my said Son John Hendin and the said Dennis Tanner
and the survivor of them and the Executors administrators and assigns
of such survivor shall stand possessed of and interested in the monies
from my said household furniture and effects and of all other monies
which shall come to their hands under the trusts of this my Will Upon
trust to pay and divide the same together with all interest arising there-
from unto and equally between all and every my children the said John
Hendin Joseph Hendin Elizabeth now the Wife of William Burgess Sara
now the Wife of Abraham Fry Charles Hendin Emma Hendin ------
Hendin and Lousa Hendin share and share alike or as many of them
as shall be then dead leaving issue such issue taking his or her parents

Here is the rest

share only but in as much as I have already given to my sons Joseph
Hendon and Henry Hendin the sum of £50 each and to my son Charles
Hendin the sum of £30 I direct my said Trustees to deduct and retain such
sums out of their respective shares or such division of the said trust money
as aforesaid and pay and apply the same in increasing the shares there
of to my other children I give and bequeath unto my said daughter
Louisa two gold rings which belonged to my late beloved wife And further it is
my will and I do hereby order and direct that my said trustees or either of
them shall not be liable or answerable or make good any loss of losses that
shall or may happen in or about the execution of  the trusts of this my
will unless occasioned by voluntary omission or wilful neglect but that all
costs charges and expenses I will and direct be paid and borne out of my
said estate and effects and I hereby make constitute and appoint my
said John Hendin and the said Dennis Tanner joint Executors in trust
of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all for-
mer and other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made in
witness whereof I the said Testator Joseph Hendin have to this my
last will and testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand
^to the first sheet thereof and my hand
and seal to this second and last sheet the eighth day of August in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine

Joseph Hendin X his mark and seal Signed sealed publish-
ed and declared by the said Joseph Hendin as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence
of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto   B
Pinniger solicitor Chippenham  J A M Pinniger same place

Proved at London 7th June 1843 before the Worshipful John Danberry
Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oaths of John Hendin the son and Dennis
Tanner the Executors to whom Administration was granted having been
first sworn duly to administer

This is fantastic as I could not read it and believe me I tried.
Looks like I have a few more Children to look for. My late husband's birth family come off Elizabeth, his 3rd great grandmother.
