share only but in as much as I have already given to my sons Joseph
Hendon and Henry Hendin the sum of £50 each and to my son Charles
Hendin the sum of £30 I direct my said Trustees to deduct and retain such
sums out of their respective shares or such division of the said trust money
as aforesaid and pay and apply the same in increasing the shares there
of to my other children I give and bequeath unto my said daughter
Louisa two gold rings which belonged to my late beloved wife And further it is
my will and I do hereby order and direct that my said trustees or either of
them shall not be liable or answerable or make good any loss of losses that
shall or may happen in or about the execution of the trusts of this my
will unless occasioned by voluntary omission or wilful neglect but that all
costs charges and expenses I will and direct be paid and borne out of my
said estate and effects and I hereby make constitute and appoint my
said John Hendin and the said Dennis Tanner joint Executors in trust
of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all for-
mer and other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made in
witness whereof I the said Testator Joseph Hendin have to this my
last will and testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand

and seal to this second and last sheet the eighth day of August in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine
