On a more serious note, how do you think people are going to react if we're still under these restrictions (or worse) come Christmas?

There may be trouble ahead!! Either by open resistance or more likely by silent defiance. People don't like their Christmas spoiled!

I think, unfortunately, a lot of people will ignore it. It might be better if the Government relaxed it slightly so that children under 12 don't count, which I think is what happens in Wales and Scotland. That way, grandparents would be able to meet with family. As it stands, a lot will be prevented from doing this. If it means grandparents make 7, I can see a lot of people ignoring it.

As things stand at the moment here in Scotland my husband and I will be having Christmas Dinner on our own. No family gathering or family visiting us. Hopefully it will have changed by the Day itself or I can see lots of families ignoring the guidelines for one day only.

If we do end up on our own with a chicken leg between us maybe we will watch the movie Home Alone just for fun.

How's Santa going to deliver all those presents - he'll have to leave some of the reindeer at home. 

What presents?  Santa's Workshop has only the bare minimum elf staff on duty.

Santa won't have room for presents in his sack,it will be full of face masks and sanitiser so he can go into every single house in the world on the same night.

Is there any reason whatsoever to believe that Santa is not immune from Covid-19?. After all, he has never had a Christmas off sick with the 'flu or any of the other nasty stuff going around during the winter. You know, those bugs that some people complain of constantly - "I've got that bug that's going around", but which never is identified.

During Covid, a 99p pack of 4 Mars bars is now only a pack of 3.

Louisa, just topped it up with a square of Dairy Milk. A 95g bar will last about a month.

A square every day or so stimulates the pleasure part in my brain and gives me a lift.

I have recently had my scan summary (under access to Records) from 2001, they can clearly see and describe how my brain is different, but my Consultant never named my condition as he said I would lose hope
