If current rules remain in place they'll play havoc with the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas". Severe lyrical pruning may be needed. No dancing ladies, leaping lords, pipers and drummers. Golden or feathered gifts only. I get confused after "seven swans-a-swimming". I'll be able to remember all verses of "The Six Days of Christmas" .  :)

Dark choc is more healthy for blood vessels, but it is not the blood vessels in my brain which are the problem.

Just googled a few words from the Report.

It looks like I'm very very fortunate and the luckiest man to be alive ;D  ;D , the scan findings of my brain are possibly caused by a past condition, which is always fatal if not treated at the time.

No wonder they were asking me questions about past illnesses I'd had etc., I was very seriously unwell with Bronchitis as a child and Tonsilitis as a boy and too ill to be moved and our family Doctor frequently visiting for a few days.

I do recall my mum holding my hand all night and waking to find her still there.

They wouldn't tell me much in 2001 except my brain had started to degenerate at some point in the past and it is quite rare (then degeneration has stopped - determined from more MRIs since). They felt in 2001 I'd go downhill if I had it explained.

Mark  ;D  :)  ;)  :D

NHS Borders
The purpose of these wrist bands is to ensure patients are treated safely and effectively. Sight of a red wrist band will prompt healthcare staff to seek further information from patient notes regarding any ...

I ended up in A & E in 2019 and now I know why they sent a Nurse to Archives to get my file.

I kept my Red NHS Wrist Band in the window of my wallet.

Mark

Added: Thanks, when I informed my GP about what I suffered in 2020, I was sent for a brain scan. I suspect they want to compare it with past scans.

My former G.P. said to me once, the best thing I can do is pray to my maker (God).

There is no cure and medical intervention has caused my blood pressure to crash and I've collapsed due to loss of balance.

I do pray to my God, they were frightening situations early on! You also have to live with it. Remaining calm, laying down and resting seems the best thing for me.
