This could be Harold's birth registration,

Transcribed at FindMyPast as,

Gro Consular Birth Indices (1849 To 1965)

Albert H SHARP
Male
Birth year   1911-15
Place   Porto
Country   Portugal
Page  354
Volume  13
Line number  174

but this has been hand written at the bottom of the list and on the image Porto looks more like Paris. It gives the DOB as 27 January 1915 and also the year 1921 and a reference number 354.

and another handwritten entry for an Albert F W SHARPE with the same 1921  354 reference, transcribed as,

Gro Consular Birth Indices (1849 To 1965)

Albert F W SHARP
Male
Birth year  1916-920
Place  Paris
Country  France
Page   354
Volume   14
Line number  124

I think they could have been registered late and that is why they have been entered by hand. This looks like the later entries,

Country  France
Archive reference  BCON

Volume  15
Line number  127

Gertrude's death certificate will be available from the GRO site,

It looks like Albert might have remarried,

I think the marriage may be that of his son Albert Frederick who married Irene Emmanuel? but guess i'd have to order copy to get details.

I think so, I can't find anything else about that marriage at the moment.

I did find this page which has some photos,

https://sites.google.com/site/jockeypediaone/sharpe-fred

some of the info seems correct but the 1932 marriage to May SANDISON is wrong.

That marriage is,

May SANDISON    Apr 1932    Hartlepool,  Durham    10a  180
Charles F SHARP

Charles and May are on the 1939 register in Hartlepool, Charles is an Ironmonger 's shop assistant.

Yes I got in touch with the hartlepool registrar and they confirmed it was a Charles F not Albert.
