Perth & Kinross Council Archives do have Poorhouse and residential home records, 1859-1975, but not available on line and at that date possibly restricted. See here:

They do indeed, but closer inspection of the catalogue reveals that the only poorhouses for which they actually have records of inmates are the Atholl, Weem and Breadalbane one and the Upper Strathearn one.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Ah, sorry, I should have looked further.

NRS have records relating to the buildings, but no admission registers.  I can't think of anywhere else they could be, if they still exist.
