Photo dating help please believed to be a boy called Frederick

Trying to date this picture of a child, believed to be a boy called Frederick. The Frederick I am thinking it is was born in 1881. There is another Frederick in the family, his nephew, who was born in 1913.

The date looks about right for a child born in 1913 and he looks to be about 18 months old.

divided back postcards were introduced in 1902 I believe so will be the Frederick born in 1913.
