I joined in 08 but I don't remember how I got here. I think maybe from Rootsweb  via Ancestry.

So many folk have helped me on here  down the years...Sandy an d Little Nell and Glynis  from Suffolk.

There was the the kind lady  from Wales who helped me  so much with a house called TyY coed but was previously known as Clydach Court and built by a gentleman for his family  whose children played on the lawns that I played on so many years later.

Thank you all..Sometimes you even help without knowing.

Gave up genealogy years ago but it drags me back.
Still those elusive few to find.
If I have a tip to give it is  this:

Listen to the placenames the old relatives mention.
They may seem disjointed or unconnected but one day a remembered placename may be just what you need.
