Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Pvt Herbert Victor Cantrill - Canadian Army Service Corps - service no:- 2688544 - buried Coventry (Windmill Road) Cemetery -
PVT Cantrill died 11/10/1918

The private memorial marking the grave of Pvt Cantrill no longer provides adequate commemoration. The commission is in the process of producing a headstone to marking his grave.

US City Directory 1918 (usually refers to previous year) Herbert V Cantrell - labourer - resides 8 Stockton Place Trenton NJ. This agrees with the address given on Canadian Attestation Papers.
