On searching for a possible death/burial for Annie Evans, I came across this one which seemed the most likely: Annie G Evans, jan-feb-mar, 1919, age 23, Mile End Old town.
I was pretty convinced and got as far as ordering the death certificate before I realised that this date would clash with the baptism at St. Andrews, Plaistow 09-05-1919 ! So its back to the drawing board

Still there in 1921, and I think on the census (David is David Llewellyn Evans)
