I hear that Ancestry offers free access to UK wartime records for Remembrance Sunday.
Could anyone with membership please look for my grandfather please?

I assume 1918 is his birth date, if so his records will not be online.
 Service records for people serving post 1920 are still held by the MOD and can be applied for at a cost of £30.
