Looking for Parents of Emil Seger in Mulhouse

Emil Seger was Born 1893 in Mulhouse region of France . It is still a family mystery as to who his Parents where?. I have begun a family tree for the Family , and a confirmation for the above would be great. So i appreciate any support with this look up and thank you.

Where did you get the info from re birthyear & birthplace?

My Cousin is a direct ancestor but he also does not know anymore than myself!. thanks for your interest in my look up.

Birth records of 1893 of Mulhouse are not online on the Website of the archives départementales du Haut-Rhin. 
In the tables decennales there are several births for the surname Seger. There is also an Emil Seger, but he was born 1st or 7th July 1886. There must have been at least two different couples with the surname Seger.
