I wonder what sort of business partnership a vicar/draper, or draughtman/draper would have?
Jamjar

My profession is a draughtsman ... yes, I am a female, but in today's politically correct style, I am a Mechanical Engineering Design Drafter. My husband and I have, for decades, operated a SBE ... a Small Business Enterprise. Both of us have living ancient family members C of E reverends, and also others who are Mech Engineers ... designing significant projects across regional Australia. And on both my husband's and my own family trees we have drapers outfitting English foot regiments and English Navy etc 1700s and 1800s. But never ever found any vicar/draper business set up, nor draughtsman/draper business.
The mind boggles at the business plan .... and the financial reporting ... Can you hear Admiral Nelson's valet saying ... yes I will keep him waiting while the Reverend conducts the burial but he must have his jacket repaired to give more internal support for his armless stature...
I now have the theme for my January 2021 newsletter. Many many thanks.
