Michael Deasy and Mary Donovan

Hi,

I'm trying to locate more information on Michael Deasy and Mary Donovan married 18 July 1871 in the RC Chapel in Kilmacabea Parish, Cork, father's listed as Michael Deasy and John Donovan. I do know that Michael Deasy lived in Kilfinan with his father Michael Deasy and brother John Deasy who married Mary Dillon on 21 Feb 1871 and Mary Donovan was living in Cregg, Kilfaunghnabeg Parish at the time of the marriage. I have the Civil Record for the marrriage which is how I have the above info..

After the marriage of Michael Deasy and Mary Donovan in 1871 I have no baptisms for children, no deaths and no 1901 or 1911 Census for the family. Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks! Maria

What about 1881/1891.  Have you checked passenger lists to see if they emigrated?

How old were they when they married? (sorry can't view the links)

Michael was 24, Mary was 19.  :)
