Ancestry problem - Our backend services are overtaxed at the moment

Is it just me or are there others having the same problem ? every time I log on and try to do some research I get this message up---------
                         
 Our backend services are overtaxed at the moment and we are unable to retrieve all your matches. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later 
                   Have tried going on at different times of the day and night but get the same message.

It's been happening quite a lot recently. Just refresh the page and it usually corrects itself.

Thanks for the reply, have noticed it seems to happen more at night time, hopefully they will fix it soon.

I have tried to access my messages on Ancestry several times today without success, I just get the wait symbol.

I get that message constantly at the moment.

I’m guessing that they’re busier than usual, due to so many people researching during lockdown.
