Just checked my PDFs now while having a cuppa. All three have arrived, so very good service indeed.

Working for me too on my Mac with Chrome  :).   
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

I tried yesterday and today, site crashed both times.  I'm using Firefox and Win 10 but the problem seems to be with the site.

It’s fine on my iPad, and I have been on and off it all afternoon on my Windows 10 Laptop using Edge. I think your your problem is Firefox.

What version of Firefox?
I'm on 85.0, and that works fine with Windows 7.

Working fine for me now (using Safari on iPad), have just ordered a batch of birth certificates.
Seabridge : Staffordshire, Birmingham, Middlesex and elsewhere.

Thanks for your replies, I'm not sure which verson but my husband does all the updates!
There was a message in red along the bottom before it froze and then the error message. The searches weren't that important so I will leave it for a while.
