1969, Port Harcourt, was in the middle of the Biafran War.  I suspect this contributed to events.

Have you been sent photos of Roy Wilson? Just noting that the photo included in the WW2 link above would be for who we think might be his father.

Unfortunately my sister could not recognise the photos for sure as it was a long time since she saw Roy and it was only once briefly.

I doubt I could remember someone's face either from that long ago at her age  ;)
