That looks as though Nicholas was employed in the asylum - ‘a keeper’. I think I saw another of these records where is is a ‘Warder/en’

With regard to Eliza Kiely Steacy, do you have her children after the census/Joseph’s death in 1929?

Did the family stay in Kilkenny?
