Lookup please, 1871
« on: Tuesday 26 January 21 16:39 GMT (UK) »

On the1861 Census, at 9 Hardwick Street, Monkwearmouth Shore, Sunderland, Durham, there is:

Margaret Gibson Head Widow 57yrs Charwoman
Margaret Hindmarch Daughter 19yrs House Servant
Elizabeth Hindmarch Daughter 17yrs House Servant
Thomas Hindmarch Son 17yrs Steam Boat Man
Margaret E. Melmer Granddaughter 11yrs
William J. Wilson Grandson 3yrs

All Born Monkwearmouth.

I can’t see them on the 1871 Census, and I’m particularly interested in finding the William J. Wilson, Grandson, Born (Approx) 1858.

Cheers, Romilly.

It could well be, Rosie.

It’s curious that he’s not with Parents on either Census...?
