Marriage for Ishmael Mumford & Jane c 1685

I have this couple baptising children (Mary 1687, Richard 1689, Ishmael 1694, Thomas 1697) in Kings Sutton but have not found a marriage for them.

My line descends from Ishmael bp 1694.

Can anyone see a likely marriage?

No Marriage found. You may already know this, but there is a death for a Jane Mumford in 1704-buried 3/9/1704 Kings Sutton. Also what could be a second marriage for Ishmael Mumford to a Sarah Parker both of Kings Sutton St Mary Magdalene Church 28/5/1710.

Thank you.  I have found the Sarah Parker but uncertain which Ishmael it was.....father or son.  I had not found the burial for Jane, thank you.

Back to my files tomorrow to do some tidying!

As the son would have only been 16 at the time, I thought it unlikely to be a marriage for him, although not impossible, which is why I looked for a death for Jane. So I think it is probably a second marriage for the father following his wife Jane's death.

That was my thought but I have found families 'bulk baptizing' their children from the teenager down to the babe in arms, so slightly wary about baptism dates.

Busy day tomorrow.....my weekly outing for groceries and then back to staying home and the files!
