Hanna(h) JAMES born 1808, Llanboidy, Carmarthenshire

Afternoon, can anyone help me to track down my 3x Great Grand Mother, Hanna(h) JAMES.

Details I have are:

1.  She married my 3x Grt Grand Father, Benjamin NICHOLAS on 10 Nov 1831 in the Parish of Llanboidy.

2. On census 1851 through to 1891 she states Llanboidy as her palace of birth

3.  She was buried on 9 Jul 1895 in the Parish of St David, Carmarthenshire

I would like to find her DoB and names of her Parents if at all possiable.

from the various census entries, it appears she was born before 1808.
