John Fowler of Bishopwearmouth

Hi! Can anyone help with any of the following please?

I have the following children all baptized at Bishopwearmouth, children of a John Fowler?

Eleanor 7th June 1720

Elizabeth  7th June 1720 (father listed as John, no mother)

Thomas 9 July 1728

John 31 Aug 1730

Elizabeth 12th Aug 1732

Robert 20th April 1734 (at Sunderland)

Jane 17th June 1738 (at Sunderland)

Alice 26th July 1740

Ann 25th May 1742

 Most of the children from Thomas to Ann Fowler are listed as being of John and Jane Fowler.

Cannot find a marriage for John Fowler to a Jane or maybe his previous marriage for his two earlier children Elizabeth and Eleanor?

The only other Fowlers mentioned at Bishopwearmouth and Sunderland are:

Ratcliffe Fowler born circa 1686, buried 1747/8 Rothbury. He married Isabel Whiteman on 10th July 1712 at Newcastle upon Tyne. They had the following issue:

Mary 3rd April 1715 Bishopwearmouth

Richard 8th February 1717 Bishopwearmouth

William 19th May 1719 Sunderland

Michael 18th June 1721 Bishopwearmouth

John 11th November 1722 Bishopwearmouth

Nathaniel 8th October 1727 Bishopwearmouth

Ann 5th October 1729 Bishopwearmouth

Joseph 13th February 1732 Bishopwearmouth

Isabel 8th September 1734 Bishopwearmouth

Not sure if John and Ratcliffe are connected in some way?

Any help with any of the above much appreciated!

Just checked Durham Records Online, and they have the twins baptism as this -

"7 Jun 1720 Eleanor & Elizabeth Fowler, of Panns, daughters of John Fowler (adulterer)"

Maybe these daughters were with some other woman OR with Jane while John was married to some other person?

Can't find any marriage records for John.
