Inverurie Poor Relief Records
« on: Saturday 20 March 21 16:56 GMT (UK) »
Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone has access to Inverurie "Poor relief records"? I am looking for a record for Jane Allan (Jane Aiken), died aged 74 on the 28th November 1883 at 8 Blackall Road, Inverurie.  Her death was registered by the Inspector of the Poor.
I have no idea where she is buried, probably Inverurie in a Pauper's Grave.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Swally

Any surviving parochial board records will be held by the Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire Archives in Old Aberdeen.

Try the Archives' website and see what they say. I imagine things are closed just now with the covid.
