I don't think you can assume the marriage would be in bride's home parish. Do you have a birth certificate for John born in Paddington? Wondering if he was son of John or just of Hannah.

I'd spotted her in 1851 and her baptism in Henley. Then John is born in Paddington c. 1858. Next sighting is in Kings Norton in 1861. No sign of a marriage for John Hughes & Hannah Hiscock, but could she have been married before so she married with a different surname?

1891 Yes.  I am assuming 1861 as parents dates and locations match.
Interesting that son "John" would be born in Paddington, Middlesex.
34 miles from Hannah home town of Henley.  Maybe father John Hughes was stationed in military there? unknown.

I have not been able to find a Birth Cert for John Hughes born in Paddington, Middlesex with a mother named "Hannah" in the years 1857 to 1858. :(

lol, yes they are, I guess they were at the mercy of whom ever was the person recording the record.  Since they could only sign by making their "Mark", "X".

A one off birth, any other sign? :-\
TIMMIS, JOHN
Mother's Maiden Surname: HISCOCK
GRO Reference: 1858  M Quarter in KENSINGTON  Volume 01A  Page 13

Possibly a few of the others with the same GRO ref have Paddington area baptisms.

Just in case! Mention a John Timmis, 20, born Shropshire, a soldier, in New Windsor in 1851. FamilySearch says born Wellington, but ancestry say Whittington. Could be either!

LATE EDIT!
1851 Worldwide Army Index has a John Timmis, reg no 5879, Private 1st (Or Grenadier) Regiment Of Foot Guards
