Hi Tracey,

I notice your light is on at the mo.   :D

Sands Sydney Directory 1871 Alphabetical
Ebenezer HEYDON, tailer, 448 George St, private residence 21 Middle St, CHIPPENDALE.

https://archives.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/nodes/view/495003

I am popping this info in because St Benedicts (where Sophia was baptised) is in the inner Sydney suburb of Chippendale, so I am wondering why the ceremony was at St Benedicts rather than at the local church in Woolley St, Glebe.

Thank you for all your hard work.
Unfortunately the only piece of information I have is that record of Sophia birth and christening.

I have no hard evidence that Rebecca and Sophia are linked to Waller families I am researching in Ireland. It's just that Sophia is a name that has been used in one of the families and as it is not a common name I was looking to see if I could get a connection.
Thank you again.
