Good question Ruskie!
Very annoying indeed, if it wasn’t for the fact my DNA is linked to my family tree I’d not bitter to renew with them!
Perhaps if enough people complain to them they might see the errors of their ways!

Hi
I don't know why Ancestry doesn't offer a 12 month sub for Australia.
But why not just use the same link for the world wide sub?
It's a bargain and world wide means the same in UK and AUS!

I looked on the ancestry.co.uk site and that isn’t showing any annual subscriptions either, but yes, the £89.99 annual sub is a lot cheaper, and I am looking into taking up that offer.  :)

If it helps, a friend used the offer successfully yesterday to get a 12 month world wide sub.
NB
Her existing sub auto renewal had been cancelled a couple of weeks prior to the renewal date.

She used that until the sub ran out .

When the existing sub ran out, checked her account and could see she was now a 'registered guest'

At that stage, used the link and is now back up and running.

Doing it in those steps, in that order, has worked just fine for years.

Boo
