Is there any additional information about William Park from the marriage records?

Which parish was he living in at time of marriage?

The marriage certificate states he was living in Whiterigg, New Monkland, Airdrie at his marriage in 1880. His father was in the parish of Glassford when he married in 1844. Thanks .

Whiterigg isn't actually in Airdrie.

Both Airdrie and Whiterigg are in the parish of New Monkland.

See https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=14&lat=55.88223&lon=-3.96286&layers=5&b=1 - Airdrie is at the bottom of the section of map displayed, and Whiterigg is north-east of Airdrie, to the right of Drumshangie Moss. You may need to click on the map to enlarge it.

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

This was particularly helpful as it turns out "Whiterigg row" where he lived at the time of his marriage is marked on the map. Now completely obliterated by the looks of it !
