Hi Maddy. I have Belfast Street Directories for,

1819/1830/1840/1852/1870/1896/1900/1949/1962/1973.

Thats where i got it in the 1949 Directory.

What do you know about the Keaney family after 1949.

Well all i know is Michael Keaney was the only one who lived in County Down
The rest off them lived in Ballinrobe County Mayo. They had a farm there Patrick Luke Thomas John Lena Katie Mary & Winifred known as (baby)
Winifred married Patrick O'malley in the 1950's  She owned a bar in Clairmorris and also owned proprty she died in 1988 and is buried in Ballinrobe.
John Keaney died in 1976 and the rest there about .
Think Michael died around 1950
Thomas emigrated too Australia and died in New South Wales around 1975-76

Hi Maddy. There was a lot of Keaney's that owned Bars in Belfast i was thinking there could be something there for you, as Michael was a Barman.
