There are Hanratty sponsors for some baptisms, if I recall. They might help to find Anne’s family.

Back to this again I have tried all routes to finding a marriage for James O'Hanlon and Anne Hanratty, who had 9/10 children all in Dundalk but no marriage even tried other countries but nothing, I m beginning g to think maybe they weren't married but then I can't see the RC Church baptising all these children whom I have  lots of info on any tips we would be appreciated  as these two seem to be elusive

Have you checked for a marriage in church records as well as the civil registrations?  occasionally clergy didn't submit the records for a particular quarter. If they did marry before 1864 in a Catholic ceremony the only record will be from the church as civil registrations of Catholic marriages didn't start until 1864.

Earlier known child bapt. Dec.1861 in Dundalk. IF the parents were married there the only place RC marriages seem to be available online is a pay site- scroll down to bottom of list-
